• What is your current turnaround time?

Punky Funky Jewellery's current turnaround time is 1-3 working days. This is the time it takes for me to create your items and get it to the post office.

 

• Shipping & Delivery

UK orders: UK orders are posted by 1st class signed for and will require a signature upon arrival. Royal Mail estimates that this service takes on average 1-2 working days to arrive.. Orders of a high value will be upgraded to Special Delivery. This service guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day after posting and will require a signature upon arrival.

International orders: Orders being posted outside of the UK will be posted by International Tracked & Signed where available and will require a signature upon arrival. International orders generally arrive within 2 weeks of being posted, though this is dependant on your location and can take up to 5 weeks to arrive.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your own countries possible tax and import charges. These are not included in the postage costs.
